Watan-A U.S. court specializing in international trade issues ruled on Wednesday to overturn the “reciprocal” tariffs imposed by former President Donald Trump, which added a 10% duty on all imported goods. The court determined that only Congress holds the constitutional authority to impose such tariffs.
