Iran Launches Missile Barrage on Israel in Response to Ongoing Attacks

Four waves of missiles target northern and southern Israel as war with Tehran enters Day 11.

Watan-On Monday, Tehran launched a missile attack on Israel in four waves, in response to Tel Aviv’s continued aggression against Iran for the 11th consecutive day.

The Israeli army reported in a statement that Iran fired three waves of missiles toward the north, and a fourth wave toward southern Israel.

According to Israel’s Channel 12, Tehran launched approximately 15 missiles toward Israel within one hour.

Loud explosions were heard in the city of Jerusalem in the occupied West Bank, as Israeli defense systems intercepted Iranian missiles.

According to the channel, an Iranian missile fell in the Ashdod area (south), and another landed in an open area in the city of Safed (north), with no reported injuries.

Air raid sirens were triggered in Haifa (north) and in Israeli settlements near the Gaza Strip (south), the channel added.

According to the Hebrew newspaper Maariv, the sirens in Israel continued for 40 minutes—marking the longest alarm duration since the start of the war on Iran.
