At Least 39 Palestinians Killed in New Israeli Massacres Across Gaza

Israeli airstrikes target civilians, shelters, and aid queues in Khan Younis, Jabalia, and Rafah—marking one of the deadliest days in the 20-month war.

Watan-At least 39 Palestinians were killed and many others wounded on Friday by Israeli military fire, in a series of deadly assaults that resulted in multiple massacres across the Gaza Strip—part of a genocidal war now entering its 20th month.

According to medical sources and eyewitnesses, Israeli strikes targeted homes, vehicles, tents housing displaced civilians, and crowds gathering to receive humanitarian aid in various locations throughout Gaza.

One of the day’s deadliest strikes occurred in Khan Younis, where 13 people were killed when an Israeli bombardment struck a tent sheltering displaced families.

In Gaza City,

By mid-day, five civilians were killed in two separate airstrikes on gatherings in Jabalia, according to medics.
Also in Jabalia, seven members of the Nasr family were killed in a pre-dawn attack on their home.

In eastern Khan Younis, two Palestinians died and several were injured when an Israeli strike targeted a vehicle in Abasan al-Kabira.

Three more Palestinians were killed in Israeli airstrikes on displaced persons’ tents in al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis.

Meanwhile, in northern Rafah, Israeli shelling killed one civilian and wounded others at a location where aid seekers were gathering near a checkpoint set up by the Israeli army in the Shakoush area.

Palestinian medical sources also reported injuries from Israeli gunfire on civilians heading to a food distribution point in the Nitzarim corridor, central Gaza.

Since October 7, 2023, Israel—with full U.S. backing—has waged a relentless genocidal war in Gaza, leaving over 177,000 Palestinians dead or wounded, most of them women and children, with over 11,000 missing and hundreds of thousands displaced.
