Israel Confirms Delivery of 940 U.S. Arms Shipments Since Gaza War Began

Over 90,000 tons of American military equipment delivered by air and sea despite tensions and ceasefire negotiations.

Watan-Israel’s Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday that it has received 940 aircraft and ships loaded with American weapons since the outbreak of war on Gaza on October 7, 2023.

In an official statement, the ministry said:“As part of a large-scale transfer operation, aircraft number 800 landed this morning,” referring to the ongoing U.S. air and sea bridge that began as soon as the war erupted.

The ministry highlighted that this extensive effort was a joint operation involving several branches of the Israeli military:

  • The International Defense Transportation Unit under the Defense Procurement Directorate

Ongoing Deliveries Despite Political Tensions

This new wave of American arms arrives despite growing reports of political strain between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and U.S. President Donald Trump.

It also comes at a time when the U.S. continues to push for a ceasefire and hostage exchange deal between Israel and Hamas, signaling contradictions between diplomatic efforts and military support.

The scale of U.S. assistance underscores the depth of Washington’s logistical backing for Israel—even as international pressure mounts to halt the war and address the unfolding humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza.
