Watan-On Thursday, Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, announced that it had carried out a complex ambush that resulted in multiple Israeli soldiers killed and wounded in Khan Younis, southern Gaza.
In a statement on Telegram, the group said its fighters lured an Israeli engineering unit into a booby-trapped building rigged with high-powered explosive devices in eastern Khan Younis.
Once reinforcements arrived, fighters launched an anti-armor missile, targeting them directly. The brigade confirmed that a helicopter was deployed to evacuate the dead and wounded soldiers.
Israeli Media Confirms Casualties
