Watan-A security source in the Palestinian resistance revealed shocking details about a Palestinian collaborator who fell into the trap of the Israeli Mossad, resulting in the martyrdom of his entire family due to false information he provided to an Israeli officer.
The collaborator, known as (H.M.), was living in difficult financial conditions, which the occupation exploited to ensnare him with false promises of up to $5 million in exchange for information about Israeli prisoners in Gaza.
According to investigations, the collaborator received a message from Israeli intelligence offering him cooperation in exchange for a large financial reward. He believed he could deceive the Mossad by providing misleading information without putting anyone at risk.
However, things spiraled out of control when he informed his Israeli handler about unusual activity at one of his neighbor’s homes, claiming that the house might be used to hide Israeli prisoners.
In the evening, a massive explosion targeted the house he had reported, but it also completely destroyed his own home, martyring all of his family members. Ironically, the collaborator was not at home during the bombing, as he had gone out to buy bread for his children. When he returned, he found that the occupation had burned his family to death due to his betrayal.
After the funeral, the collaborator received a call from the Israeli officer who pretended to offer condolences, but in reality, he admitted that the bombing of his home was deliberate, as punishment for trying to deceive Israeli intelligence. The Mossad didn’t stop there; they threatened to expose his collaboration if he didn’t continue providing new information, which caused him to completely break down and beg for mercy from the resistance.
When summoned by Palestinian resistance security, the collaborator appeared with his hands bound and blindfolded. When asked to speak about his story, he broke down in tears, saying, “Forgive me,” but he had caused the betrayal of his family and country, and paid a heavy price.
