Watan-Amid reports discussing the imminent invasion by the occupying army of Rafah city, Palestinian factions warned of catastrophic and humanitarian repercussions and an explosion threatening national security in the region, especially for Egypt, if the occupation army were to invade the city located in the southernmost part of the Gaza Strip.<\/p>\n
The Palestinian factions in Gaza stated that the US administration and Western society bear responsibility for any ground invasion of Rafah, indicating that international forces and institutions would be accomplices in any crimes committed in the city.<\/p>\n
They also warned of an explosion threatening the entire region’s national security, especially for Egypt, if the occupation persists in invading Rafah.<\/p>\n
They pointed out that the aggression would completely halt the flow of aid to Palestinians through the Rafah crossing, the only remaining lifeline.<\/p>\n
At the same time, the factions affirmed that the resistance would not sit idly by, preparing for any scenarios, including the invasion of Rafah, emphasizing that all options are open to protect our people and thwart the occupation’s plans.<\/p>\n
