Watan-Syrian media reported that warplanes believed to be Jordanian bombed various sites in the eastern countryside of Daraa province. Some of the strikes targeted areas near the “Nasib-Jaber” border crossing between Syria and Jordan.<\/p>\n
The airstrikes took place in the early hours of Monday, March 18, in the eastern countryside of Daraa province, with no information provided about the extent of the damage.<\/p>\n
The sounds of the airstrikes were heard in the vicinity of the Shayah area near the Nasib border crossing with Jordan.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, the Jordanian Armed Forces reported detecting unidentified aerial movements over northern regions of the kingdom, prompting their aircraft to take off to identify them. The Jordanian military clarified that the aircraft heard over northern Jordan were from the Royal Jordanian Air Force, responding to radar warnings of unidentified aerial movements.<\/p>\n
The Jordanian Air Force confirmed the safety of Jordanian airspace and the absence of any threat before returning to their bases.<\/p>\n
