Watan-Activists on social media platforms have been circulating a video of an elderly Iraqi woman breaking down in tears at the breakfast table, praying for relief and victory for the people of Gaza.<\/p>\n
In the video, the elderly woman is seen saying, “Oh God, the people of Gaza are dying of hunger, what is the fault of the children to die of hunger?”<\/p>\n
She adds, “We have everything on our table, but they cannot find a loaf of bread like other people.”<\/p>\n
The Iraqi woman continues tearfully, “May God have mercy on them, may God, the wealthy who can help them, show them mercy.”<\/p>\n
With her hands raised to the sky, she says, “Oh God, at this moment, heal every sick person, support the oppressed, and satisfy the hungry.”<\/p>\n
She further prays, “Accept our prayers, O God, and grant everyone their wish, O Lord.”<\/p>\n
