Watan-In an incident that sparked widespread ridicule, Israeli occupation aircraft dropped leaflets over Gaza promoting “tolerance and mercy,” at a time when the occupation continues to commit massacres against Palestinians.<\/p>\n
The leaflets dropped by the aircraft carried messages calling for tolerance and mercy during the upcoming month of Ramadan.<\/p>\n
Among the phrases from the Israeli army included in the leaflets were “Feed the hungry and speak kindly, accepted fasting, forgiven sins, and delicious iftar.”<\/p>\n
The text on the leaflets was signed “The True Opening – Opening New Horizons for the People of Gaza,” accompanied by a Star of David.<\/p>\n
