Watan-Media reports indicated that an Argentine man fell victim to a serious mistake in a hospital when doctors mistakenly amputated a different organ than the one intended for removal, resulting in a catastrophe that might deprive the patient of fatherhood for the rest of his life.<\/p>\n

Sources stated that the unfortunate man, named Jorge P\u00e9rez, suffered a grave error during a surgery to remove his gallbladder at the “Florencio D\u00edaz” hospital.<\/p>\n

The 41-year-old man had entered the hospital days prior, but the surgery was postponed until the following day.<\/p>\n

A day after the erroneous surgery, upon waking up and regaining consciousness, the hospital staff informed him that the surgeons had assumed he was undergoing a procedure to cut the bile duct.<\/p>\n
