Watan-A Palestinian father bid farewell to his son with words tinged with sorrow and pain upon his departure, after he attained martyrdom due to the occupation’s bombardment of their home in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, northwest of Gaza City. This occurred during the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, now entering its 45th day.<\/p>\n

A Palestinian activist captured a video of the father expressing resilient words to those around him during the farewell to his martyr son, saying, ‘My son is a martyr, tell me congratulations, say congratulations on martyrdom for my son… I am the father of a martyr; Allah chose him as a martyr.’<\/p>\n

People around him responded, ‘Congratulations on martyrdom,’ to which he replied, ‘May Allah bless you all.<\/p>\n

The father of the Palestinian<\/a> child martyr continues, saying, ‘Congratulations to me, people. My son is a martyr. Praise be to Allah, they chose the best of those created. Your blood is pure, my son.’<\/p>\n

Over 6,000 Palestinian<\/a> children have attained martyrdom since the beginning of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip on October 7th. This followed a resistance operation against settlements near the Gaza border.<\/p>\n

The siege on hospitals in Gaza<\/h3>\n

During its ongoing war on the Gaza Strip, the Israeli occupation committed over 1200 massacres against civilians, including children, women, and the elderly. This was carried out through the bombing of homes, residential areas, schools, mosques, churches, and hospitals, targeting the inhabitants without prior warning.<\/p>\n

The Israeli occupation continues to besiege numerous hospitals in various locations across the Gaza Strip. The latest instance is the siege on the Indonesian Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip, with intermittent shelling by Israeli forces stationed in the area using tank shells.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the Al-Shifa Medical Complex has been transformed into a military barracks for the Israeli occupation army west of Gaza City, after the evacuation of hundreds of patients, medical staff, and injured children. However, dozens of patients who couldn’t leave due to their critical health conditions remain inside, with their fate unknown.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that the toll of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip has reached over 13,000 Palestinian martyrs, the majority of whom were civilians, and around 30,000 or more injured, according to statistics from the Gaza government’s media office as of the latest update.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
