On the evening of the attack, he approached a neighbor\u2019s house where a party was taking place, opened fire with five bullets at the Tunisian victim, and injured a Turkish national in the hand. He was arrested at the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-11\" data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2363\">On Tuesday morning, Socialist Party First Secretary Olivier Faure accused Minister Retailleau on TF1 of contributing to the normalization of public racism, saying Retailleau helps &#8220;fuel suspicion toward foreigners or French citizens perceived as foreign.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-12\" data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2687\">Speaking on franceinfo, the victim\u2019s family lawyer noted that while one of the victim\u2019s sisters lives in France, the rest are in Tunisia. He said:&#8221;If the Minister wishes to meet the family, he should make the initiative.
