Watan-<\/strong><\/em>Israeli occupation forces committed several bloody massacres, targeting civilian homes and humanitarian displacement zones, and continued their ground assault on areas in both northern and southern Gaza. Live fire was also directed at Palestinians seeking humanitarian aid, resulting in dozens of casualties, including children and siblings.<\/p>\n

The Gaza Ministry of Health reported that 67 Palestinians were killed and 184 injured in the past 24 hours alone. These numbers exclude northern Gaza, where hospitals are inaccessible due to ongoing ground attacks. Since Israel resumed its offensive on March 18, the death toll has reached 3,986 martyrs and 11,451 injured.<\/p>\n

Since the start of the war on October 7, 2023, the ministry confirmed 54,249 Palestinians killed and 123,492 wounded. An additional 98 names were added recently after judicial verification. Many more remain trapped under rubble or in streets unreachable by emergency crews.<\/p>\n

Bodies in the Streets<\/h3>\n

In northern Gaza\u2019s Jabalia, three Palestinians were killed when Israeli forces bombed a home. Hours earlier, another strike wiped out the Azzam family, killing six, including two sisters, whose funeral was held under intense grief after they were pulled from the rubble.<\/p>\n

A woman from the Hammouda family was also killed when an Israeli strike hit a kindergarten sheltering displaced families. Additional injuries were reported from artillery shelling near Jabalia\u2019s Al-Jarn roundabout.<\/p>\n

The Al-Awda Hospital in Tel Al-Zaatar was ordered to evacuate its 97 patients and staff, including 13 severely injured individuals, under threat from Israeli forces. Explosive-laden robots were detonated near the facility to force an evacuation.<\/p>\n

Locals reported corpses, including women and children, lying unburied in Beit Lahia, killed during forced displacement. Israel launched its \u201cGideon\u2019s Chariots\u201d ground invasion without giving time for evacuation. Some victims\u2019 bodies were left in the open, preyed upon by stray animals\u2014scenes previously documented.<\/p>\n

Bombing Gaza City, Police, and Civilians<\/h3>\n

In Gaza City, Israeli airstrikes killed 11 people at Al-Saraya intersection, including police officers who were confronting looters. A separate airstrike near Abu Iskandar Bakery killed six more.<\/p>\n

In Al-Tuffah, east of the city, several were killed in strikes on homes. Among the dead were a child from the Hamada family, and three civilians pulled from the rubble in Shuja’iyya.<\/p>\n

Eastern and southern Gaza City witnessed continued intense bombardment, with homes leveled, and entire neighborhoods like Al-Tuffah, Al-Zaytoun, and Shuja\u2019iyya targeted with artillery and heavy machine gun fire.<\/p>\n

Massacre in Al-Bureij Camp<\/h3>\n

In a major massacre, 23 Palestinians from multiple families\u2014including Al-Qarainawi, Abu Aoun, Abu Shamala, Al-Muqadama, and Abu Ghraqud\u2014were killed in Israeli airstrikes on Al-Bureij refugee camp.<\/p>\n

Eyewitnesses described a massive explosion, flames, and bodies turned to ash. Many victims were torn to pieces, with the dead including children and women. Rescue teams struggled due to the massive destruction and lack of equipment.<\/p>\n

The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital confirmed use of banned weaponry, and reported victims arrived charred beyond recognition.<\/p>\n

Nearby, a tent sheltering displaced civilians in Deir al-Balah was bombed, killing a child. Artillery also struck areas near Al-Bureij and Al-Nuseirat camps.<\/p>\n

Targeting Aid Seekers<\/h3>\n

In Khan Younis, Israeli strikes continued on displacement shelters and military zones. Civilians were killed in Qizan Al-Najjar, Abasan Al-Kabira, and Abasan Al-Jadida, including a man and his pregnant wife from the Ashour family.<\/p>\n

A man named Nimer Abu Jleidan was shot dead near the U.S.-managed aid center in Morag corridor, while another body was retrieved from the same area, injured earlier by Israeli forces.<\/p>\n

Over 60 people were wounded and nine killed in just 48 hours near U.S.-affiliated aid centers in Rafah, according to Gaza\u2019s health ministry.<\/p>\n

Helicopters fired on northeastern Khan Younis, while ground forces shelled and fired into southern Gaza and bombed Qizan Rashwan\u2019s towers.<\/p>\n

In Rafah, heavy machine gun fire was reported at Al-Mawasi intersection, along with bombings west and central to the city.<\/p>\n

Starvation as a Weapon of War<\/h3>\n

The Gaza Government Media Office described the humanitarian situation as catastrophic, citing widespread hunger, food insecurity, and blockade of aid at border crossings.<\/p>\n

Thousands of tons of food and flour are piled at crossings, denied entry by Israel in violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions.<\/p>\n

The office accused Israel of using food as a weapon of war, calling it a complete war crime and held it legally and morally responsible for the humanitarian disaster endangering 2.4 million civilians.<\/p>\n
