On the surface, institutions like Hedayah, the Forum for Promoting Peace, and Sawab Center promote glossy agendas like \u201ccountering extremism\u201d and \u201cspreading tolerance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-11\" data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"1992\">But beneath that surface lies a deeper operation.
