Watan<\/strong><\/em>-In a surprising and controversial development, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has, for the first time since the start of the assault on Gaza, declared his government\u2019s willingness to end the war\u2014but under conditions that effectively amount to an informal demand for Gaza\u2019s surrender, not a peace agreement.<\/p>\n

Facing mounting internal and international pressure, Netanyahu laid out three core demands for ending the war:<\/p>\n

    The return of all Israeli hostages<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    The total elimination of Hamas and the expulsion of its leaders<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    The complete disarmament of Palestinian resistance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    These conditions undermine the Palestinian cause and aim to dismantle any active Palestinian presence or resistance in the Gaza Strip.<\/p>\n

    De Facto Implementation of the Trump Plan<\/h3>\n

    More alarming is that these conditions appear to be a prelude to implementing the “Trump Plan”, also known as the Deal of the Century\u2014a blueprint for the displacement of Gaza\u2019s population and erasure of its political cause.<\/p>\n

    Netanyahu was explicit:\u201cWe will extend security control over all areas of the Strip,\u201daffirming intentions to wipe out Hamas and fully dominate Gaza, posing a direct threat to Palestinian identity and existence.<\/p>\n
