They are the only nuts that contain significant amounts of the healthy <a href=\"https:\/\/www.watanserb.com\/en\/2025\/01\/21\/breakthrough-study-omega-3-proven-to-cut-aggression-by-28\/\">omega-3<\/a> fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA).<\/p>\n<p>She added, \u201cOne serving of walnuts contains valuable nutrients such as protein, fiber, and magnesium.
