Watan<\/strong><\/em>-Israeli threats against Palestinian journalist Tamer Al-Mishal, a presenter on Al Jazeera, have intensified following the broadcast of his latest episode of the program “Ma Khafi A’zam.” This episode unveiled new details about the martyr Yahya Sinwar, leader of the Hamas movement, and his direct management of the war against the Israeli occupation from the heart of the battle.<\/p>\n

The threats were issued through the Hebrew channel “i24 News,” which accused Al-Mishal of working for the resistance and labeled his report as “media production serving anti-Israel propaganda,” in a clear attempt to silence free media and prevent the revelation of the truth.<\/p>\n

Al-Mishal’s report showcased rare footage of Sinwar<\/a> on the front lines, personally leading the battles, contrary to the Israeli narrative that claimed he was hiding in tunnels. The program also disclosed details of the resistance’s military operations, such as luring Israeli forces into ambushes within Gaza, resulting in the killing and capture of numerous Israeli soldiers. The report highlighted Sinwar’s field management of the battle and exposed the fragility of the intelligence relied upon by the occupation army.<\/p>\n

The public threat against Al-Mishal sparked a wave of anger and condemnation, with journalists and activists viewing it as an attempt to intimidate media professionals after the program successfully exposed the Israeli army’s failure to achieve its objectives in Gaza. This incitement recalls previous targeting of Al Jazeera journalists by the occupation, most notably Shireen Abu Akleh, who was assassinated by an Israeli sniper in Jenin.<\/p>\n

In his initial response, Al-Mishal stated that the Israeli occupation has moved from incitement to direct threats but affirmed his commitment to conveying the truth with professionalism and courage.
