Watan<\/strong><\/em>-The Israeli occupation forces stormed the homes of Palestinian prisoners’ families from the West Bank, scheduled for release as part of the exchange deal and the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, warning families against holding any celebrations.<\/p>\n

In the town of Qusra, south of Nablus, occupation forces raided the home of teenager Mustafa Abu Rida and threatened his family if they celebrated his release, according to activist Fouad Hassan, who spoke to Al-Araby Al-Jadeed<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Similarly, the occupation forces raided the home of prisoner Hussein Nassar in the village of Madama, south of Nablus. He has been serving a life sentence and has spent 21 years in captivity but is set to be released under the deal. Hazem Nassar, a member of the Madama village council, told\u00a0that occupation forces warned his family against celebrating, removed some flags and banners, and fired gas and sound bombs during their raid on Qusra, though no injuries were reported.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, local sources confirmed that Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Kobar, northwest of Ramallah, raiding the home of teenage prisoner Zain al-Din Issam al-Zeer, who is expected to be released today. His family was issued a similar warning against holding celebrations.<\/p>\n

Local sources also reported that clashes erupted in the town of Yatma, south of Nablus, following an Israeli raid coinciding with the release of prisoner Munther Sanober from occupation prisons. He is among those being exiled as part of the exchange deal. Additionally, occupation forces stormed the home of Qutaiba Muslim, the longest-serving prisoner from Nablus, in the town of Talfit, south of Nablus, to prevent celebrations of his release. Local sources confirmed that the occupation forces also raided the home of prisoner Ashraf Noufal in the town of Deir Sharaf, northwest of Nablus, who is also due to be released under the deal.<\/p>\n

Summoning of Families of Jerusalemite Prisoners<\/h3>\n

In occupied Jerusalem, Israeli occupation forces summoned the families of Jerusalemite prisoners set for release today as part of the exchange deal to the Moskobiya detention center. Amjad Abu Asab, head of the Jerusalem Prisoners’ Families Committee, told that “this procedure was previously applied to the families of Jerusalemite prisoners released in the first batch, where the occupation authorities issued warnings and threats, stating that any celebratory gatherings upon their release would subject them to legal accountability.”<\/p>\n

Abu Asab noted that “this time, the occupation authorities were even stricter and more forceful in issuing these threats, following the large celebration held last Saturday for the release of prisoner Ashraf Munir al-Zughair. Afterward, the occupation forces arrested 14 young men who participated in the event, assaulted them, including Ashraf\u2019s father, and arrested two of his brothers. Yesterday, an occupation court extended the detention of the 14 young men until next Sunday for further investigation.”<\/p>\n

Additionally, Israeli forces raided the home of prisoner Moab Abu Khudair from the Shuafat refugee camp, north of Jerusalem, late at night. They threatened his father against holding any celebrations and informed him that Moab\u2019s reception would be limited to his parents and siblings only. They also stated that Israeli forces would be stationed around the house to ensure compliance, according to Moab\u2019s father.<\/p>\n
