Yemeni Houthi Forces Claim Hypersonic Missile Strike on Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport
Houthi military spokesman announces successful attack on Tel Aviv airport with new “Palestine-2” hypersonic ballistic missile.
Watan-The Yemeni Houthi group announced on Sunday that it had successfully targeted Ben Gurion Airport in central Israel with a hypersonic ballistic missile.
The announcement came in a televised statement delivered by the group’s military spokesperson, Yahya Saree.
Saree said:“The missile force of the Yemeni Armed Forces (affiliated with the Houthis) carried out a qualitative military operation targeting Lod Airport (Ben Gurion) in the occupied Yafa region (Tel Aviv), using a hypersonic ballistic missile of the type Palestine-2.”
He added:“The operation achieved its objective successfully, causing millions of usurping Zionists to flee to shelters and bringing airport operations to a halt.”
