24 Palestinians Killed in Israeli Airstrike on Gaza Beach Resort, Including Women, Children, and a Journalist

Watan-In a new massacre on Monday afternoon, at least 24 Palestinians—including women, children, and a journalist—were killed, and dozens were wounded in an Israeli airstrike targeting a seaside resort in Gaza City.
According to eyewitnesses, an Israeli warplane fired at least one missile at the resort located west of Gaza City, completely destroying the structure.
Medical sources reported that:“The bodies arrived at Al-Shifa Hospital in shredded pieces due to the intensity of the blast. The hospital’s corridors and wards were filled with the wounded, including several in critical condition.”
The death toll is expected to rise in the coming hours.
Hamas Condemns Targeting of Civilians
In an official statement, the Hamas movement said:“The criminal Israeli airstrike targeted innocent civilians gathered at a beach resort in Gaza City, which has become a refuge for displaced families fleeing the relentless bombardment in the city’s eastern districts. The massacre left dozens of martyrs and wounded.”

Press Targeted Again: Journalist Killed, Another Injured
The Government Media Office confirmed the death of journalist Ismail Abu Hatab, raising the number of journalists killed in Gaza since the war began to 228.
Photojournalist Bayan Abu Sultan was also injured in the same strike.
The statement noted:“Abu Hatab worked as a photojournalist for various media outlets and had organized several photo exhibitions abroad to document the catastrophic reality in Gaza.”
The office condemned the ongoing, deliberate targeting of journalists and called on international press organizations to urgently intervene and hold Israel accountable.A War of Extermination
