The Times Reveals Israel’s 15-Year Secret Plot Behind Strikes on Iran’s Nuclear Sites

Covert operations dating back to 2010 enabled Israel’s precise attacks on Iran’s uranium facilities during 12-day war, amid U.S. involvement and Iranian retaliation.

Watan-In a serious and unprecedented escalation, The Times (UK) has revealed classified details about Israel’s coordinated attack on Iranian nuclear facilities during the recent 12-day war.

According to the report, Israel began planning a precision strike on uranium enrichment sites in Iran as early as 2010, relying on a sophisticated network of operatives embedded within multiple nuclear facilities—especially in Tehran, Isfahan, and Natanz.

Israeli intelligence sources confirmed that the operation was based on highly accurate intelligence regarding the locations of centrifuges, as well as nuclear energy infrastructure, including cooling systems, power stations, and research centers.

The strike came at a time when Iran, according to the paper, was preparing to produce 1,000 ballistic missiles per month, aiming to build a stockpile of up to 8,000 missiles, in addition to the 2,000+ missiles it already possessed at the time of the attack.

Iran responded rapidly with intense missile and drone barrages that hit dozens of sites across Israel. In response, the United States entered the confrontation, launching strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities. Iran retaliated by targeting the U.S. Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar.

The confrontation ended with a ceasefire announced by U.S. President Donald Trump on June 24, but major questions remain about the future of Iran’s nuclear program and the covert role Israel played over the past 15 years.
