In a phone call with Axios, Trump said: “We achieved a great success tonight. Israel is now safer.”

The White House announced that “Trump will address the nation at 10 p.m. regarding our successful military operation in Iran.”

Trump was quoted saying: “Congratulations to our great American warriors. No other army in the world could do this. Now is the time for peace! Thank you for your concern on this matter.”

Israeli Channel 14 quoted a senior official as saying: “The United States informed Israel in advance of the strike on Iran.” The report confirmed that “six B-2 aircraft took part in the attack.”

The Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation confirmed that Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Trump had a phone call hours before the American strike on Iranian facilities.

The Tasnim news agency quoted Morteza Heydari, spokesperson for the Crisis Management Department in Qom Province, as saying: “A few hours ago, after activating air defenses in Qom and identifying hostile targets, part of the Fordow nuclear site was hit by hostile airstrikes.”

Meanwhile, Fars News Agency reported: “Air defenses in Isfahan and Kashan began operating to intercept hostile targets, and multiple simultaneous explosions were heard.”

Hizam Al-Asad, a political bureau member of Yemen’s Ansar Allah movement, warned the U.S.: “Washington must bear the consequences.”
