Gaza Death Toll Soars: Over 55,000 Killed as Israel Continues Relentless Attacks
144 Palestinians Killed in 24 Hours Amid Ongoing Israeli Airstrikes Targeting Aid Seekers and Displaced Families Across Gaza.

Watan-Gaza’s Ministry of Health announced that 144 Palestinians were killed and 560 injured in the past 24 hours due to continued Israeli military attacks across the Gaza Strip.
According to the ministry, the death toll since the resumption of Israel’s genocidal campaign on March 18 has risen to 5,334 martyrs and 17,839 injured.
Since the start of Israel’s assault on October 7, 2023, the total number of victims has reached 55,637 killed and 129,880 wounded.
On Wednesday morning alone, the Israeli army killed 32 Palestinians, including 11 civilians waiting for humanitarian aid, and injured dozens more through airstrikes and live fire targeting multiple areas throughout Gaza.

These assaults are taking place amid a catastrophic humanitarian crisis, as Israel continues its genocidal campaign against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.
According to medical sources and eyewitnesses, Israeli forces targeted homes, tents sheltering displaced civilians, and crowds of people—causing more deaths and injuries across northern, central, and southern Gaza.

Gaza City
In southern Gaza City, 11 civilians were killed and many others seriously injured by Israeli gunfire targeting a group of aid seekers near the Nitsarim corridor.
Israel allows very few aid trucks into Gaza, and when they arrive at the Nitsarim area, starving civilians rush to collect food—only to be fired upon by Israeli soldiers, or attacked by armed gangs, reportedly supported or tolerated by Tel Aviv, according to Gaza’s Government Media Office.
Additionally, an airstrike on the Al-Mansara family home in the Zeitoun neighborhood killed 3 Palestinians, including a child, and injured others.
“The occupation continues to commit horrific massacres against starving Palestinians seeking humanitarian aid in Gaza.”
