Trump Warns Iran of Unmatched U.S. Military Response Amid Israel-Iran Escalation
Trump distances the U.S. from Israeli strikes on Tehran but threatens overwhelming force if Iran targets American interests, as missile exchanges continue into a third day.
Watan-U.S. President Donald Trump warned Iran on Sunday that it would face the “full force” of the U.S. military if it attacks American interests, while also stressing that Washington had no involvement in Israel’s airstrikes on Tehran.
Israel launched new strikes on Sunday, targeting Iran’s nuclear program, prompting Iran to retaliate with missile attacks that killed at least eight people in Israel—marking the third consecutive day of unprecedented military escalation between the two countries.
Posting on his platform Truth Social, Trump wrote:“If we are attacked by Iran in any form, the full force and power of the United States Armed Forces will descend upon you at levels never seen before.”
Trump also added:“We could easily broker a deal between Iran and Israel and end this bloody conflict.”

Since Friday, Israel has struck hundreds of Iranian military and nuclear sites, killing a number of senior military commanders and nuclear scientists.
Iran has responded by launching waves of ballistic missiles toward Israel.
On Friday, Trump urged Tehran to return to negotiations, warning that if it refused, it would face even more violent Israeli attacks.
Although the U.S. and Iran have held several rounds of indirect talks since Trump’s return to the White House, initial optimism has evaporated in recent days as military escalation overtakes diplomacy.
