Netanyahu: Israel Notified U.S. Ahead of Iran Strikes, Expects Multiple Iranian Retaliations
Israeli Prime Minister says Washington was informed in advance; anticipates waves of Iranian counterattacks following Israeli airstrikes.

Watan-Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Friday that Israel had informed the United States of its plans to attack Iran prior to the strikes.
In a recorded video message, Netanyahu stated: “I’ll leave the U.S. position to the Americans. We informed them in advance. They were aware of the attack. What they choose to do now—I leave that to President (Donald) Trump. He makes his decisions independently.”
He added: “I won’t speak on his behalf. He does so with conviction and determination. He has said that Iran must not possess nuclear weapons, nor should it be allowed uranium enrichment capabilities.”

Netanyahu went on to say he expects “several waves of Iranian attacks” in response to Israel’s airstrikes on military and nuclear targets within the Islamic Republic.
“We expect to face multiple waves of Iranian attacks,” Netanyahu said.
