Mossad Led Secret Operations Inside Iran Ahead of Israeli Airstrikes
Israeli security source reveals Mossad planted precision weapons, disrupted air defenses, and built drone base near Tehran before Friday’s coordinated attack.
Watan-An Israeli security source revealed that special units from Mossad led a series of covert operations deep within Iran, prior to Friday’s Israeli airstrikes.
According to the source, these missions included:
-
Deploying precision-guided weapons in open areas near Iranian surface-to-air missile systems.
-
Using advanced technologies to disrupt Iran’s air defense systems.
-
Establishing a base for attack drones near Tehran.
Hebrew media reported on three specific operations planned and executed by Mossad intelligence inside Iranian territory during Friday’s attack.
Israel’s public broadcasting authority quoted the security source:“Mossad carried out three distinct operations inside Iran.”
Details of the operations include:
-
In central Iran, Mossad commando teams deployed operational systems for precision-guided weapons in open areas near surface-to-air missile sites.
-
As the Israeli airstrike began, these systems were activated and launched precision missiles at targets with high accuracy.
-
-
In a separate sabotage operation, Mossad secretly planted advanced offensive technologies on vehicles to disable Iranian air defense systems, which posed a threat to Israeli fighter jets.
-
Once the strike commenced, these weapons were triggered, reportedly destroying the Iranian air defenses completely.
-
-
In the third operation, Mossad established a drone base by smuggling explosive-laden UAVs into the heart of Iran well before the attack.
-
During the operation, the drones were activated and targeted surface-to-surface missile platforms at the Ashfaq Abad base near Tehran.

As of 08:15 GMT, Iran had not responded officially to Mossad’s covert actions. However, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei vowed on Friday to deliver a “harsh punishment” to Israel, according to IRNA.
Meanwhile, the Israeli military announced it had destroyed dozens of radar units and surface-to-air missile platforms across Iran.
In a statement, the IDF said:“Israeli fighter jets completed a large-scale strike targeting Iran’s air defense systems in western regions.”
“Dozens of radars and missile launch platforms were destroyed.”
Israel’s Channel 12 also claimed, without details, that Iran’s nuclear facility in Natanz was destroyed during the attack.
