Netanyahu Vows to Continue Gaza War, Says Negotiations Will Be “Under Fire”
Israeli airstrikes kill over 400 Palestinians as Netanyahu insists military pressure is key to hostage negotiations
Watan-Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reaffirmed on Tuesday evening his commitment to continuing what has been described as a genocidal war against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, stating that negotiations from now on would take place “under fire.”
Since early Tuesday, Israel has intensified its attacks, launching widespread and violent airstrikes targeting civilians. According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, as of 10:00 AM GMT, these strikes had resulted in 404 martyrs and more than 562 injuries.
In a televised speech, Netanyahu repeated his claims, saying:”We extended the ceasefire during the weeks in which we did not receive any hostages (prisoners in Gaza),” according to Israel’s public broadcaster.

Netanyahu: “Negotiations Will Only Take Place Under Fire”
He continued:”We sent negotiation delegations to Doha and accepted the proposal of U.S. envoy Steve Wietcov, but Hamas rejected all proposals,” he alleged.
Netanyahu further stated:”I warned Hamas that if it did not release our hostages, we would resume fighting, and we have indeed resumed.”
He added:”From now on, we will act against Hamas with increasing intensity, and negotiations will only take place under fire. We will continue the war until we achieve all of its objectives.”
Netanyahu claimed that Hamas had “felt our strength in the past 24 hours,” emphasizing:”I want to assure you, and them, that this is just the beginning.”
He insisted that negotiations over the release of remaining hostages in Gaza “will only take place under fire from now on,” arguing that military pressure is essential to ensuring their return.
